About Lindsay McGraw, Owner & PT at Marka Health :
Passionate about prevention, I am a physical therapist & wellness expert with over ten years experience working at top PT clinics in San Francisco and as a trainer for elite NCAA athletes at UCLA. As a biomechanical expert, orthopedic clinical specialist, yoga teacher and certified ergonomist I understand what factors contribute to injury and how to optimize your function to stay healthy and perform your best. I started Marka Health in 2017 in order to bring this knowledge to people earlier in the health care continuum. We provide onsite holistic health support including hands on therapy, exercise, education, and ergonomics to individuals and companies in San Francisco.

Originally from the Bay Area, I grew up living overseas spending middle school and high school in South America and the Middle East. This led me to major in anthropology at UCLA and continues to fuel my interest in people and culture. My background in ballet as well as high school sports is what sparked my interest in movement science. I moved to San Francisco for medical school and have lived here ever since! I currently live in Cole Valley with my husband, daughter, and antisocial cat. I love running, baking bread, and finding the best views of the city.
