305 Fitness Instructor Natalia Roberts, will lead us in a 45 minute class. A former semi-pro figure skater, Natalia knows how train you hard. Her explosive power and big moves will naturally make you wanna turn it up. But Natalia isn’t one to take life too seriously. Her goofy, fun-loving attitude is utterly contagious. You can’t help but smile in her class, even as your legs feel like they’re about to give out. Originally from Detroit, the home of Motown, Natalia puts the “F-U” in “funky.” Her carefree spirit will make you check your worries at the door and step outta your comfort zone in class.

Senior instructor Natalia Roberts was one of the first instructors in NYC, back when 305 was founded in 2012. The brand now boasts 6 locations across 5 cities, with 250+ instructors and DJs. She'll open up about:
