Allison Krawiec-Thayer is the Chief Leadership Officer and co-founder of Jewell Paige Consulting. As a Certified Professional Coach with a degree in psychology and conflict transformation, she takes a data-driven approach to helping clients create a work environment in which they shine. She also provides founder support (via coaching and strategy) at The Women's Wellness Center and Evolve Training Center.
Lacey Cope is the Coaching & Development Manager at Insight Data Science as well as the co-founder of Jewell Paige Consulting.Via skillfully crafted workshops, refined facilitation, targeted 1:1 support, and engaging public speaking, she strives to ignite a movement of self-aware, powerfully expressed, and highly articulate professionals in the tech and data space.
